The Novarroz water mill was completely restored in 2014 and is ready to show what the manufacturing process was like at the time. It was here that Novarroz took its first steps in rice processing, more than 50 years ago!
On the floor below, three millstones are placed: two for flour – rice and other cereals, and one for husking and whitening rice. There is also a cleaning tare, which was used at the time to separate the rice and the husk, after the husking process.
Upstairs, which at that time served as a raw material warehouse, is now a pleasant dining room, ready to welcome friends, partners and clients.
